Drake integration

AI intake that hands off to Drake, no re-keying

NILA collects client tax information through AI conversation, then generates a Drake-ready Excel export mapped to Drake screen codes. Your team opens Drake, references the export, and preps the return. No re-keying. No chasing missing documents.

The problem

You're re-keying income data that already exists somewhere

Every tax season, your clients send documents. Your staff reads them, opens Drake, and types the same numbers in manually. W-2 wages. 1099-INT. Dividends. Schedule C income.

NILA collects all of that through AI conversation before prep begins, in the client's language, and hands it to you in a format that maps directly to Drake. You verify, you prep, you file. The data entry is already done.

How it works with Drake

From client chat to Drake-ready export in three steps

Step 1 | Client completes AI intake

You send your client a link. NILA guides them through intake in their language, English, Spanish, Farsi, or Hindi. NILA asks follow-up questions, finds the Schedule C they forgot to mention, and collects every document on their checklist.

Step 2 | You review and validate

NILA's validation tab shows you every extracted field with a confidence score. You approve, correct, or skip. High-confidence fields are pre-approved. You only touch what needs your judgment.

Step 3 | Download the Drake export

Once validated, NILA generates a Drake-ready Excel workbook. One tab per screen code. Column A: screen code. Column B: field name. Column C: extracted value. Open it alongside Drake and prep the return.
